An informal get-together for all theater people in Prague
InformationYou can come and participate (no experience or preparation necessary, no reservation, no fee – just yourself)
You can volunteer and bring a game/ activity you love to share with the community. For that, please fill out the online form so we could plan the program accordingly.
The event is entirely free, but your energy and love for theater are mandatory! Oh, and don’t forget to share the event with your friends and colleagues, who you think might like to join!

Learn from the Maestro himself! Martin’s unique approach to theater will challenge and inspire you, helping you develop skills that extend far beyond the stage.
Your voice is a powerful and expressive instrument. And like any instrument, it needs practice to master and care to maintain. Over two focused days, you will work through the four pillars of voice craft—body, breath, voice, and speech—to help free your voice and sharpen your vocal quality in English sounds, stress, rhythm, and intonation. You will also explore the three circles of presence by Patsy Rodenburg, and learn to play with the range, power, and color of a free and natural English voice through a
variety of compelling texts.
Anyone ready to commit to the craft of voice, speech, and presence in English. Anyone who uses their English voice personally or professionally – all are welcome. No prior experience with voicework is needed.
About the trainerA native speaker from Washington DC now based in Prague, Laura brings together the
approaches of master voice teacher Patsy Rodenburg, Linklater Voice Progression, her own extensive stage experience, and an MA in Classical Rhetoric. She has been a performer on Prague stages for a decade, and an educator, coach and mentor for hundreds of non-native speakers in academic, corporate, and performance contexts for over 20 years.

Full attendance on both days is expected
A full refund is available up to 7 days before the event (to the hour). No refunds after that unless
the event is canceled. Participants unable to attend the workshop may transfer their registration to
someone else.
